El Cardón Restaurant offers cuisine based on locally produced quality products , in combination with the most exquisite creative cooking. During the meal you will be able to enjoy a fabulous elevated view of the golf course and the mountainous interior of the island.

Evening Meal

"Gofio" organizes themed evenings with food stage and buffets, featuring show cooking and a wide variety of dishes to please every palate. Also a carefully chosen a la Carte menu will complement the succulent buffet.

The youngest guests will have a special section for their favourites.

With its creative menu, the casual-fine-dining Restaurant "Camaleon" at Sheraton Salobre Golf is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. Savour the finest products from the sea and land enhanced with carefully selected herbs & scents from across the Mediterranean. The unique state-of-the-art floor to ceiling walk in glass wine display offers you one of the largest and most exclusive wine selections on the island.
