The Dunes Restaurant with its spacious terrace, ideal for alfresco dining offers an la carte menu that will tantalise tastebuds. While Fresco which serves the very best in Italian cuisine has a delectable menu prepared by Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini – and fine wines to accompany each dish. For the best in local seafood and the freshest salads, the Beach House is the restaurant of choice and is the epitome of beach side dining.
The Dunes Restaurant
The main restaurant in the resort has a fabulous outdoor terrace which boasts amazing views over the lagoon pool and the sea. Guests can enjoy all kinds of meals ranging from local, Mediterranean to International cuisine from the A la carte menu.
Fresco Restaurant
Enjoy delicious Italian cuisine at Fresco. The menus at the contemporary fine dining are prepared by Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini. Be prepared for your taste senses to be tickled when eating in this modern restaurant with a fusion of flavours in every dish, accompanied by some of the finest wines on offer. Choose a menu where you will spoil your senses with five-course meal or you can go for the authentic Italian a-la-carte menu. Post-dinner head to the Fresco Bar for cocktail o’clock until the early hours.

The Market
Using the finest local produce, Market promises a relaxed, yet refined brasserie-style, with a la carte and set menus produced using the finest produce, sourced daily from sustainable producers and local markets. Menus are inspired by the seasons, with choices defined by the availability of the freshest ingredients.
Sani Dunes - Dine Around
The Dine-Around programme allows half-board and full-board guests to choose from a variety of restaurants (offering a selection of set menus) – making dining a lot of fun and more varied.
