The main eatery at the Sierra Hotel is the Mountain View Restaurant. Choose to eat inside or out on the open terrace. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers guests something different every night. Whatever you choose it will be freshly prepared and truly delicious. For an alternative evening outside the Sierra Hotel SOHO Square offers a plethora of other restaurants all of which are available to Sierra Hotel guests at a discounted rate.

Dress code for the main restaurant in Sierra Hotel, Egypt and all restaurants in SOHO is smart casual. Gents must wear trousers and no open toe sandals.

There are three bars at the Sierra Hotel; Lobby Bar, Pool Bar and Oasis Bar. Each of the three bars provide all inclusive guests with enough variety for the entire family to take advantage and enjoy their refreshments. The Lobby Bar in particular is a superb venue to unwind in offering an outdoor seating, comfortable sofas and live entertainment in the evening. The Pool bar is just that. There is a number of stools submerged in the swimming pool where guests can cool their feet whilst enjoying their alcoholic or non alcoholic beverage, alternatively sit in the shaded area and relax. Finally the Oasis Bar which is situated in the Aqua Spa pool. Surrounded by stunning gardens, again the guests are served on bar stools whilst cooling their feet in the waters.
