At Baobab Suites, the aptly named Pool Bar & Brasserie, guests can enjoy stunning views whilst dining al fresco from a tempting range of snacks as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner selections.

BB’s location near the main pool area means that there are options for guests who don’t want to leave the comfort of their loungers and as it is open from 8 AM to 11 PM daily, you can chill out here from dawn ‘til dusk .
Bite. deli-café is open from 7 AM to 7 PM daily and here you will find a mouth-watering selection of ‘food to go’ such as pastries, breads and baguettes along with a range of store cupboard supplies for your suite.

Open Tuesday to Sunday from 6 PM to 1 AM, in this chilled (literally) environment guests can sample menu options ranging from tapas and burgers to the most classic of favourties, all of which can be washed down with premium spirits and crafted beers.
The gastronomic delights reach their peak at Sucás, a sumptuous à la carte restaurant open Monday to Saturday from 7 PM until 11 PM.
The venue is headed by Lucas Maes, who has worked in a number of prestigious Michelin starred restaurants, and who also owns his own renowned restaurant in La Orotava.
