Villa Dimi is built in contemporary style, has a very elegant décor, features modern rooms and has stylish furnishings. Villa Dimi has four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, and a fireplace. The total size of the villa is 300 m2 and it can accommodate up to ten guests. Outside of the villa there is one very nice garden with a dining area, as well as private swimming pool of 48 m2. Around the swimming pool there are sun loungers where you can sunbathe and relax, as well as umbrellas to protect you from the warm Cretan sun. In the garden there is one attractive artificial pond with gold fish and lilies, a barbeque area, yoga area, massage pavilion, and a quality ping-pong table.

The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, while the open-plan kitchen is also very well equipped. In Villa Dimi you will also find ironing facilities and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days and there is also a maid service available six days per week. Besides the private swimming pool and garden there is also a free parking space available for the villa guests.
Just a short drive away from the Villa Dimi is one supermarket where you can find all necessities, as well as one taverna and café bar. If you wish to explore more then you can visit the beautiful town of Chania with its wonderful Venetian harbor, located just about eight kilometers away.
When it comes to services included in the villa, when you arrive at Villa Dimi you will be welcomed with a basket full of local Cretan products. You also have a couple of bicycles available to use for free if you wish to go on sightseeing tours of Kalathas village or wider area. Swimming pool and the garden are cleaned twice per week, while bathrooms are all equipped with natural local toiletries.
