Saint Tropez is located in the southeastern part of France, around hundred kilometers away from Nice. It is a very popular seaside resort among the artists and other celebrities. It became very famous a few decades ago when lots of French movie stars such as Brigitte Bardot popularized the place. The town has many nice beaches and energetic nightlife.

Musée de l'Annonciade is pretty attractive museum to visit, containing art from the 20th century. Museum windows inside provide attractive views on the harbor and the town. In Saint Tropez there are a couple of very popular events held each year. In the middle of May is the three-day festival called Les Bravades de Saint Tropez, celebrating the patron saint of Saint Tropez - Torpes of Pisa. There are parades and marching bands during the festival and many people wear traditional costumes from the region. The other popular event is Les Voiles de Saint Tropez, which is a regatta race that starts from Saint Tropez at the end of September. There are lots of attractive yachts that participate and this race attracts lots of tourists.
