From here, it is just a short little walk to another archaeological site that must be seen: Paphos Castle. The castle is a Byzantine structure that was built right on the waterfront, visitors can walk all around it truly soaking in the magnificent architectural wonder. In this same area there are also the historically significant Tomb of the Kings, which are open for tourists to visit. During the evening time, this is the perfect place to take a walk down to Agiou Antoniou Street, and indulge in the local fares by stopping in at one of the many taverns and ordering a pint of Keo beer, or two.
