Nea Moudania is the second largest city in all of Halkidiki (next to Poligiros,) and can be found right by the start of the Kassandra peninsula.

The city is home to 9,500 people and during the peak tourism times of the year, there are thousands of more tourists flocking through the streets, and lounging on the beaches. Though a lot of the industry in this town is related to tourism, there is still a large fishing industry in the city, thanks in part because the fishing area here is the largest area in the entire Mediterranean.
