A cordoned off swimming area also prevents many invaders and fish for making their way into the swimming area but if you are interested in diving you can go into the secondary half of the lagoon which is ideal for jet skis and snorkelers. Horseback riding along the beach is also available at certain times of day but it's important to book in early to avoid the resort crowd.

Fairly close access to Mogan is great for venturing away from the resort areas and there is inexpensive parking as well as reasonable car rentals available in this area if you wanted to explore the island. Fred venturing off the island most recommend visiting Mount Teide on the island of Tenerife close by for a sunset over an active volcano.
