Ornos village is located in the southwestern part of the island, just a couple of kilometers away from Mykonos Town. However, its ideal location and close proximity to the bustling Mykonos Town means that you can reach the capital in just five minutes bus drive. There you can visit the old district and admire Little Venice or the famous windmills. Mykonos Town also has plenty of churches, monasteries, museums and souvenir shops.
All in all, Ornos is great for families and those that want to spend a relaxing vacation. It is also good for those tourists that want to be close to the main action on the island, but not directly in it. Crystal-clear blue waters, long sandy beach and plenty of nice tavernas are the main highlights of this village.
