The tower is dated as far back as the 14th century. There is also Calle San Miguel, which is the central hub of the town, and is an outdoor mall centre that is actually one of the most populated and filled streets in Europe.

If you are looking for something that is not a beach, you can check out the House of Navajas, in El Bajondillo. It is a luxury mansion in an architecture style called Neo-Mudejarand. The building dates back to the early 20th century, and has been preserved as a home of historical significance. And while you are in El Bajondillo, which is a very bustling area, you can check out the Monument to the Beach, which is one of many pieces of art that can be found in the Torremolinos streets, squares and gardens. Other sculptures include: Picasso , The Rape of Europa, and the Monument to Tourists.

For a more traditional day in town, you can visit El Calvario, which is one of the classic Andalusian districts. Spending time in this fishing community will certainly impress as both its beach and its cuisine are top-notch.
